Is anyone familiar with the Baan Panwa Resort and Spa? Address is Address: 39/3 Moo 6, Soi Bowrea Khaokhad, Sakdidej, T. Wichit, A. Muang, Phuket, Thailand. Found rooms available on Agoda, but no reviews of hotel on tripadvisor.

It appears to be in the chalong beach area which is opposite part of the island to the cape panwa area. possibly a new hotel or rebranded one.

Villa Zolitude appears to be in this area,

I did some googling and looked at the agoda maps and the above information is what came up.

its def not cape panwa area though , looks near the kata area.
