Shooting around the track in Patong

Many years ago in Pattaya, I experienced a) small arms shooting,and b) kart racing.

Visiting Phuket next week, would like to try both again.

Q: Are these activities on the scene in Patong??

If so...where?? I%26#39;m staying in northern area of Patong.

There are 2 go cart tracks in Kathu, which is over the hill from Patong. Near them is also an outdoor shooting range, which is cheaper than the one inside Jungceylon.

Both places are very good and the prices are almost identical now, don%26#39;t you just love competition. The one Cathy mentions is an indoor outdoor range and has a bigger variety and if shooting pistols the range is 15 Metres. Its about 20 Minutes drive from Patong.

The one at Jungceylon is an indoor range and its 10 Metres, still good and in a great location.

Gokarts, the best ones we have tried are and the bottom of the Patong hill (eastern side) they have 3 types of karts from beginners right through to the 110KLM fast karts that are awesome.
