Can I donate blood in Bangkok?

Hi

I will be stopping by Bangkok in November and I wondering if I should donate blood while I%26#39;m there. I donated blood when I went to Cambodia (see trip report gardkarlsen.com/Angkor_Wat_Cambodia_trip_rep… ) as there were signs there saying there was a need for blood doners. What is the situation like in Bangkok? Do they need blood donors? And where can you donate blood? Do they accept tourists?

The Thai Red Cross will accept blood donors at their blood donor center in Henri Dunant Road, at the Rama 4 end.
