hi please advise which of these are better for service and privacy?
wanted to book a hotel with a pool villa which offers good food,service and the villa should be totally private.
Was wondering between ASARA, AKA,ALEENTA and ALILA...
also would prefer for it to be a beachfront hotel..

Not sure where any of those are but we stayed at the Sofitel in a villa. It%26#39;s on the beachfront and very close to the town centre without it interferring with your privacy. We had a larger type villa with pool. This is the opposite side of the road to the hotel but you go from one side of the road to the other and use all the facilities of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful. Could not fault the service and attention. Heaven on earth!!

Firstly AKA Resort is inland so no where near the beach it is an %26#39;inland%26#39; location, same with others such as Dhevan Dhara.
Aleenta is a small luxury boutique style place located about 40 minutes south of Hua hin in pranburi, very quiet area.
Alila is very expensive for pool villas, the beach there is not very good.
Out of those I would say Asara the nicest. Suites about 150 swm and pool about 3x4m. You also have main pools with bar etc. Between US$260-380 depending on time of year. Although not of the town center only 10 minutes by taxi to/from town center.
The Intercontinental is due to open soon ( but cannot still find out exactly when ) and they will have some pool suites/villas.
Sofitel Pool Villas aree very good and you are also right in towen and areound the nicest part of the beach.
Evason Six Senses is in pranburi about 35-40 minutes south of Hua hin, their Pool Villas though very nice. Aboiut US$ 274-390 depending on time of year.
This is much larger bresort than Aleenta so you also get the Evason Six Senses %26#39;style%26#39;

I can%26#39;t really help on what to go for, villa wise, but I can advise that if you want ';total privacy'; to be very careful with the Sofitel Villas as the majority are overlooked by the 17 storey Hilton Hotel, next door.
Yes some of the vilas are overlooked, but just ask for the furthest side away from the Hilton. I would say we were in the middle and it did not bother us one bit.
We have booked a villa with a pool in Hua Hin for next May, through villarenters.com, plenty of choice and great prices.
