Hoping this quick (rough) guide to weather in Krabi will help – I receive many PM’s each week asking about the weather in particular months.
Its worth noting that due to the amount of limestone karsts jutting up out of the land and sea causing cloud lift, one area can be bathed in hot sunshine, while just round the corner, there can be a downpour.
January: Hot days, Cool nights, small chance of rain. A great month to visit Krabi.
February: Hot days, Warm nights, small chance of rain
March: Hot days, cooling slightly at night, small chance of rain
April: Very Hot days, cooling slightly at night, small chance of rain (historically the hottest and driest month of the year)
May: Hot days, late afternoon showers (normally only last a matter of minutes)
June: Hot days, late afternoon showers (normally only last a matter of minutes)
July: Hot days, late afternoon or evening showers, high waves possible
August: Fair chance of showers in the daytime between sunshine, high waves possible
September: Wettest month of the year, high waves likely
October: Weather improving, mainly sunny, afternoon showers possible
November: Hot %26amp; sunny mainly, still a risk of showers
December: One of the best times to visit – hot %26amp; sunny with little chance of rain. Nice %26amp; cool at night.
Krabi WeatherGreat post LF, why don%26#39;t you put it on the %26#39;weather and when to go%26#39; inside page on the Before you go%26#39; link. Not that anyone would look at it but it would be easy to post a link to it in replies.
By the way this is an excellent site that gives the historical readings and statistical chances behind what you say, (I%26#39;ve set it for a fortnight in April but it works for any fortnight - and any reasonably sized place

Krabi WeatherFantastic info Lost Farang! This should be a sticky at the top of the forum.
G%26#39;day Lost,
That info would cut and paste nicely into this Krabi Traveler Article (about Krabi weather);
tripadvisor.com/Travel-g297927-s208/Krabi:Th…
Then we%26#39;d all have something to refer to, and it wouldn%26#39;t disappear into the forum abyss.
BUMP- Because more people should see this...
because sensible people like good sense
thank you for your weather report. finally i find something relevant to my needs...
Think it%26#39;s time to bump this informative thread again.
Thank you for the information, its very handy :)
