just wanting to know where we can walk to from here in regards to eating , drinking , markets and beaches ???

Everything is close by,

Beach 2 minutes, market 1 minute, Restaurants everywhere its a great location. Patong Beach is only about 3 Klm long and the Patong area is only about 1 lkm wide so you can walk it all. The Mecure is the bottom or southern end of Patong.

Hi, I agree with previous post, everything within walking distance of Hotel, its a good location actually as not in the heart of it but close enough to be in the heart of it. Im booked in here for four nights in November.

There is a great mexican restaurant on the same side of the street as the

Mercure. Shakers is also along the same stretch. They have cold beer on tap. Free pool and will also put on any sport on the T.V.you want to watch.
