Iv tried emailing Lomprayah ferries but it bounced back!
Has anyone had any experience in using the buffet tickets. Is this route acceptable using 1 buffet ticket?
Travel from Koh Samui to Koh Phangnan and back again to Koh samui in the same day,
Then on a different day travel from Koh Samui to Hua Hin?
Also is food available on the ferry and does the bus stop on route to Hua hin, again to buy food/water etc.

The buffet I am pretty sure doesnt run from Samui and Phangan as its such a short trip.
The buffet is for the mainland to Koh Tao and reverse I think?
Lomprayha ferry opens up a bar and snack stand as soon as the ferry is underway.
There are always food/toilet breaks when traveling in Thailand, sometimes roadhouse earteries or petrol stations or transit points for people going to different places but on the same bus as you to start with,.
Quite often you will all get off one big bus and leave on mini bus,s (people movers) These change points are geared up to sell you food and drinks no matter what time day or night.
