Are there any boats (ferries, cruises, tours) which go from Phucket to Penang and back?

Cruises pull in to Phuket from yime to time, Most come from Singapore, and call in at KL, Langkawi, Phuket, and Malacca.

To get from Phuket to Penang return, Firefly operate a service.

I believe there was a service by sea, which took several hours, but it no longer runs. You can go by a combination of bus to Satun then ferry but again it is a long trip. This from another forum ';high speed ferry from Penang%26gt;Langkawi%26gt;Satun then the coach from Satun to Phuket. Left Penang about 08:30 and arrived in Phuket abot 04:00';.

However, you can fly direct from Phuket to Penang with FireFly at very low prices (as low as just pay taxes depending on dates). Flight takes just over an hour.

There is the Langkawi ferry operatored Saturn to Langkawi, then Langkawi to Penang.
