best view over bangkok?

please could you reccommend the best view over bangkok,we just want perhaps to have a beer admiring the view without going into over priced restaurants.

Ok, having had dinner at both Breeze and Sirocco this week, I can highly recommend both at Lebua State Tower.

However, neither are cheap. Sirocco on the 64th floor has the Sky bar attached, so probably your best bet.
