I%26#39;ve tried many cooking schools that are well known, but they don%26#39;t compare to how professional and more creative these 2 ladies are. Rutch and A at Thai orchid cookery school are wonderful chefs. They are so welcoming, patient, honest and sincere. I didn%26#39;t want to cook the usual menu so they changed my options to suite my taste with no ploblems or hassels. They were more than happy to accomodate. When I was in the class there were 2 adults and 2 children in my group and we were all treated equally even the children. Great experience, couldn%26#39;t be better.

If you have any more questions or request, you can contact them by e-mail ';orchid_cooking@hotmail.com';
definitely try ';A lot of Thai';.
My partner and i did a one day course with Yui ( excellent operator), we cooked 4 dishes and then had a look at a local market and finished off with two dishes.
Great price and the groups are generally very small.
I%26#39;m interested in taking a cooking course while in Chiang Mai. Do you think I should reserve space at Thai Orchid before I go or can I wait until I%26#39;m there?
I think you should reserve, you can tell them what menu that you interested.
The Eagle House is also a great place to take Thai cooking lessons. You can check them out at www.eaglehouse.com or email them at: mail@eaglehouse.com
Thanks to you both. I%26#39;ll check out their websites.
Air%26#39;s Thai Culinary Kitchen is also a great choice. Here are videos of his recipes and cooking classes.
