Island ferry info

Hi,

We are planning on going to the full moon party in dec but im having troublefinding some info.

We are flying to Koh Samui on the tuesday morning (the party is wed night). But ideally we would like to stay on Koh Tao and get the boat over and back, but it seems the ONLY boat back to Koh Tao will be 9.30am thursday morning.

I have been to a full moon party before (new year 2003) but that time i stayed on Koh Samui and it was no problem to get back at around 4am on a speed boat.

If my only option for getting back to Koh Tao is the scheduled 9.30am ferry, i will prob take the easier option of Koh Samui and then take the ferry to Koh Tao after.

Also if we go for Samui should we book accomadation in advance?? or just fix it on arrival as normally thats no problem.
