We love real thai food, not westernised and over priced restaurants. Does anybody know what%26#39;s outside the Resort?
R there any beach bars/restaurants near 2 Amari Vogue Resor
The Amari Vogue Resort has two restaurants - one is Italian themed and one is Thai themed. They also have a ';Sunset Bar'; overlooking the Hong Islands and their awesome pools.
You can also dine and drink at The Tubkaaek Resort a couple of minutes walk away.
At this resort, you are not within walking distance of any local thai restaurants or bars. the closest would be a 10min drive away to a few local thai restaurants and an Irish pub located near the Sofitelm, sheraton and Nakamnda Resorts. It is a 20min drive into Ao Nang. the Amari Vogue offers a free shuttle if you ask at reception. It is a 500 baht taxi ride back to amari from Ao Nang. We ventured into Ao Nang on 2/4 nights to dine and drink ;) The food and service at the resort itself is 5 star.
We highly recommend the Amari Vogue after staying 4 nights in a honeymoon suite, comlpete with terrazzo jacuzzi on our balcony with amazing ioews of the Hong Islands. It is such a beautiful and epaceful place to sit back and unwind.
