Although I have never done that route, the distance is about the same as airport to Patong. That fare is roughly 500 baht.

The difference is that from the pier to the airport you will not have metered taxix available so you will have to negotiate with a driver.

500 baht would be a good price.

My guess: 500 would be good, but very difficult to realise. I think 600 Baht is a reasonable price to end up with paying.
