You can take a look at Ravindra Beach Resort %26amp; Spa. It%26#39;s about 15 minutes from the main Pattaya but directly on the beach. www.ravindraresort.com

romantic

You%26#39;ve posted this on the %26#39;Pattaya%26#39; forum.Pattaya is possibly the least romantic Thai resort as it%26#39;s dominated by the sex trade.

How long will you be in Thailand and where else do you plan to visit?

I agree with the above posing. Pattaya is not the place for romance. Rayong would be better if you want to be on that coast. Samui for 1 night is hardy worth the trip, you might be better staying there rather than Pattaya.

Hi there, i am in pattaya for 2 weeks, having never been to Thailand before i have no idea where to go to be honest.

I am stopping in a villa in Pattaya but am happy to travel within reason....

Thanks again for replying

Pattaya is not the place to take your girlfriend with a prospect of a proposal after 2 weeks you might change your mind. I would change the location to one of the southern thailand Islands check out Phuket Krabi Koh Sumai etc. ps what made you pick Pattaya not work mates I hope

As above posts so why not move to Koh Samet or Koh Chang, they are a lot nearer than Koh Samui or Phuket and can be reached from Pattaya by taxi in a couple of hours rather than a flight.

And there was me thinking that blokes went to Pattaya especially for the romance.

Especially the more mature men.

Im going with friends who have been before to Thailand and love Pattaya.

Have looked into Koh Samet and think i have seen somewhere else on the forum that states you can book a ferry and place to stay once in Pattaya so i think that could be the way forward for a bit of R%26amp;R and break away from the hustle!!

I hear Koh Samet has one of the best sunsets in the world.....

Thanks for responding to my querie

forget proposing to your g/f and find yourself a nice bar-girl
