Speedboat from Phuket OR Krabi to Ko Lanta?

I need a speedboat transfer mid december from phuket or krabi to ko lanta or phi phi. Can anyone help with a website? Would be leaving in the afternoon. Do you pick your time if private?! What%26#39;s the last time they run in the day as deciding on booking flights from bangkok to krabi OR phuket. Which would be best. Phuket further but flight arrives by 4pm and krabi flight arriving between 6 and 7pm...

Also, is it easy to get between ko phi phi and ko lanta?

Speedboat from Phuket OR Krabi to Ko Lanta?

If your flying into Krabi you can get a land transfer to Koh Lanta. Minibuses do that route as do taxis.

Between Lanta and Phi Phi ferries run twice a day, leaving about 9am and 1pm. The trip takes roughly 2hrs.
