I just wondered what people are getting at the actual exchanges in Phuket. I can buy for 27.5 if I purchase on line here before I go. But I remember someone telling me that it is better in Phuket??

This time last year when we were there, we got as little as 21 baht per Aus$! We are heading over next Saturday and are watching the exchange rate with glee!! Am very glad I didn%26#39;t pay all of the accomodation up front.

Just got back yesterday. The best price I got was 29.20 at the green bank exchanges. The airport was only 25.00 to each aussie dollar. The average was about 28.80 for the week we were there. Dont exchange at your hotel or the airport as you wont get as much.
